Celebrating 30 Years of Health Equity!

For over 30 years, the Center for Well-Being has radically improved quality of life in California through evidence-based programs, serving 25,000 community members annually. Proceeds from our annual gala, Celebration of Dreams, have helped offset the cost of our clinical and community-based programs, and ensue care for all, regardless of ability to pay.

¡Viva La Vida!

All proceeds from Celebration of Dreams provided free access to comprehensive care coordination and resources for low-income Sonoma County children, families, and seniors facing significant health disparities. These individuals often experienced gaps in basic needs like food, housing, and financial resources. Our clients, 22% of whom are children aged 8 to 17, received evidence-based clinical services, offered in both English and Spanish, that have been proven to improve health outcomes. Our client demographics included 64% Latinx, 27% white non-Hispanic, and 9% identifying as other.

How Your Dollars Help

All proceeds provided free access to care coordination and resource connections for underserved children, families, and seniors in Sonoma County. Clients experienced gaps in essential needs like food, housing, and financial resources, and many had chronic health conditions. Our clinical services significantly improved health outcomes, offered in both English and Spanish.

Sponsor Today!

All sponsors received seats at our event, recognition at the event and on our website, and acknowledgment in a Press Democrat ad. But more importantly, our sponsors showed up to improve lives in our community. Your support empowered the Center for Well-Being to expand its reach and impact. We gave hope, made a difference, and changed lives—thanks to you. Consider sponsoring our future events!

Commitment to
Well-Being

We know that health and well-being is more than just the absence of disease – it’s having access to the tools, knowledge, and resources to be well, and to be seen, heard, and supported. That’s why we go out into our community – from schools to libraries to churches and parks – to meet people where they live, work, and play. For almost 30 years we’ve been committed to achieving health equity for all in Sonoma County.
