Youth Programs
Helping Youth Thrive!
The Center for Well-Being offers youth programs in Sonoma County that engage students to reach their fullest potential by empowering them with knowledge and skills to make decisions affecting their health. Our youth programs focus on daily physical activity, peer-to-peer support, mental health awareness and skill-building, and education about the consequences of tobacco, vaping, alcohol, and other drugs. We train youth leaders to advocate for healthy environments and promote policies that are beneficial to the health of their communities.
iDo26.2
iDo26.2 inspires youth to get active during the school year! This program engages elementary students to walk or run a marathon distance of 26.2 miles with their peers, friends, and family.
Project TRUE
Project TRUE is our youth leadership development program where youth educate their peers and have a positive impact in their school and community.
